Senior Client Strategist

This role involves leading the development and delivery of hosted buyer strategies, managing high-value individual and group buyer accounts, and driving commercial impact across global travel event portfolio.

Key responsibilities include overseeing high-value buyer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and event ROI; shaping and executing recruitment strategies aligned with event objectives and segmentation models; collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Tech to drive matchmaking outcomes and platform adoption; identifying and nurturing new-to-show buyer leads; growing global buyer database in priority markets; attending major events to support buyer experience, provide real-time issue resolution, and represent the brand; analysing buyer data to inform programme improvements and present strategic insights to leadership; guiding and supporting junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Required skills and qualifications include extensive experience in B2B account management, MICE/luxury travel, or event industry; proven track record managing complex client relationships across global markets; strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into strategic actions; proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and event platforms; excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at all stakeholder levels; English communication skills are mandatory.
