Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical advisor to provide expert-level support to our sales team. As a global leader in tax compliance, we are transforming the industry and making a positive impact on businesses worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

You will work closely with our Direct Sales and Alliance teams to provide domain expertise around Tax Reporting. You will maintain an expert-level understanding of our products' functionality and technical architecture, ensuring seamless integration with client needs.

You will assist in the client discovery process, helping to uncover unforeseen challenges and proposing the right offering. You will also develop a firm understanding of customer needs, pain points, and requirements around the compliance process for the Brazilian market, aligning our solutions to eliminate pain points and fulfill needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domain expertise around Tax Reporting
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of product functionality and technical architecture
  • Assist in client discovery process
  • Develop understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Work closely with sales team to conduct sales and solution presentations
  • Design and deliver customized solution demonstrations
  • Maintain and improve demonstration capabilities
  • Assist in creation of RFP and RFI responses
  • Work closely with Implementation and Product Teams
