The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in creative production or similar roles, preferably in tech-focused companies. They will be responsible for developing new ad concepts, managing production timelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that our creatives captivate and convert.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Creative Development: Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences and enhance customer acquisition.
  • Project Management: Oversee production processes to deliver projects on time and with the intended creative vision.
  • Performance Analysis: Work with User Acquisition Managers to analyze ad creative performance, generate and test hypotheses in A/B testing.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand market benchmarks and creative standards.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Liaise between creative teams and user acquisition managers to optimize creatives based on real-time data.
