Job Overview:
Our team is building a global digital regulatory infrastructure, leveraging AI to connect regulators and companies across multiple countries. This role is ideal for data enthusiasts who want to grow with a fast-scaling startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and update regulatory databases across multiple countries.
- Develop efficient processes for data collection and standardization.
- Collaborate with the innovation/tech team to integrate data into AI applications.
- Utilize automation tools (e.g., N8N, ChatGPT) to accelerate processes.
- Produce reports and track progress in ClickUp.
Requirements:
- Experience in data management/organization.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Basic-intermediate knowledge of regulation/compliance/legal (a plus).
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills & eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL (Postgres/MySQL/SQL Server).
- Legal background transitioning into tech/data.
- Experience with automations (N8N, APIs, no-code tools).
- Startup or international project experience.
