Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with dealers in Latin America to ensure timely access to spare parts for our customers' machines and equipment.

The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact between Caterpillar Dealers and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, agility, and intelligence to ensure seamless supply chain operations across Latin America.

Beyond operational support, this position plays an active role in initiatives that make a difference: conducting trainings and workshops and contributing to strategic projects that directly impact performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between Caterpillar Dealers and internal departments.
  • Monitor availability and track orders to ensure efficient delivery of spare parts across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex problems and drive operational excellence.
  • Manage high-priority orders, handling critical situations with speed and creativity.
  • Escalate matters when necessary to maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Intermediate level in Spanish.
  • Professional experience in customer service, logistics, materials planning, or transportation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM/SPM tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of parts systems, including PartsVIZ, Parts Order Management Portal, Aftermarket - Item Scout, and SPM.
