Safety Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Engineer to join our team at Gerresheimer. As a key member of our health and safety team, you will be responsible for analyzing work methods and processes to identify potential risks and hazards, and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze work methods and processes to identify potential risks and hazards
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and hazards
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on health and safety procedures
• Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct incident investigations and develop recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain health and safety records and reports

Requirements

• Ensino médio completo; Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
