Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Engineer Sr to join our team at Gerresheimer. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for analyzing work methods and processes to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze work methods and processes to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree in occupational health and safety or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety, with a focus on workplace safety.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
