We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our remote-first team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of a large-scale migration from a Ruby on Rails monolith to Go-based microservices.

The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with Go (Golang), including idioms and best practices. Proficiency with Ruby on Rails for working with and migrating legacy logic is also required.

A key aspect of this role is designing, developing, and deploying new features for the authorization system.

Collaboration with other engineering teams will be crucial in ensuring seamless and secure permission flows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Migrating authorization logic from the Ruby on Rails monolith into new, independent services.
  • Designing and developing new features for the authorization system.
  • Contributing to the health and maintenance of backend infrastructure and custom libraries.
