  • Import credit bureau reports into a cloud-based platform and initiate dispute workflows in under five minutes per case
  • Manage secure client portal access, upload required documents, and maintain organized records
  • Maintain dispute templates, track case statuses, and ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) and regulatory compliance
  • Perform quality checks to reduce errors and rework; document and improve processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support smooth client onboarding
