Marketing Trainees play a vital role in shaping the future of any organization by gaining hands-on experience in creating visual materials, writing engaging content, and managing communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop simple yet impactful visual materials for various platforms, including social media and corporate TV.
  • Write compelling content for portals, WhatsApp, corporate TV, and internal emails that resonate with our target audience.
  • Assist with strategic communication campaigns, HR content, and events to drive business growth.
  • Ensure seamless updates on our channels, including portals and corporate TV.
  • Review and adapt content as needed to maintain relevance.
  • Manage channel performance data and message dispatches (WhatsApp, TV, emails) alongside supervisors.
  • Collaborate in organizing mailings and distribution lists to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics of channels (portal, social media, WhatsApp) with guidance from supervisors.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in at least the 5th semester of Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, Marketing, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Digital Communication, or related fields.
