Job Description:

An Integrated Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and amplify brand presence. This specialist is responsible for creating local integrated marketing strategies with key stakeholders, identifying market target solutions, verticals, events, and main industries to implement local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.

The role involves regional campaign development and management, working with PR, Social, and Content teams to deliver and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns. The specialist must localize corporate brand awareness campaigns, product launches, content, and other marketing materials as required.

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will ensure annual budget management and control, develop and execute a regional Events & Tradeshow calendar, and evaluate event success by tracking key metrics and providing post-event analysis to optimize future strategy.

This role requires strong analytical skills to track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are also essential. Event planning expertise, including logistics and post-event analysis, is a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven 3+ years of experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Event planning expertise (virtual & in-person), from logistics to post-event analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, like SalesForce, Qlik Sense, others.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
