About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team and drive success in providing high-quality care services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of our office.

You'll be driving growth by promoting a positive work environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms, you'll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that's right for them.

What We're Looking For

You're someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills. You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same. You're a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team in a client-focused organisation and previous experience working in a care agency.

UK driver's licence, over 18 years old and access to a vehicle are required. Deputy Care Managers and Care Co-ordinators looking for their next step in their care career are also encouraged to apply.
