We're seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of our home care operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our care professionals have the support they need to provide exceptional care to our clients.

This role requires someone who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

As a Care Manager, you'll play a key role in driving success and growth by promoting a positive working environment and empowering your team to reach their full potential.

You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They'll also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care services and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also need to hold a valid UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
