Key Position Overview

Contribute to delivering exceptional consumer experiences by working on the strategic vision for a globally scalable loyalty platform.

Develop the next stage of the loyalty ecosystem into a cohesive, consumer-focused value proposition that translates commercial goals and technical capabilities into a well-sequenced, global roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with external partners and vendors to support the loyalty vision and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to translate commercial goals and the platform vision into a well-sequenced, global roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize Loyalty APIs and flows.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical product manager with expertise in consumer loyalty and its implementation at a global scale in retail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly between commercial and technical topics, teams, priorities, and requirements.
