Job Description

We're seeking an innovative Engineering Manager to lead our data product design and development team. As a key member of our organization, you will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive automation and scalability in data and ML workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of in-house data products empowering data practitioners across the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Own key architectural decisions and guide the adoption of technologies shaping our data ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in data engineering and software architecture at scale.
  • Track record of building internal solutions and hands-on expertise with tools like Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, Kubeflow, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
