Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Sidel is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to perform installation, startup, commissioning, and testing of Sidel's Aseptic Equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conduct trainings, and offer other after-sales services.

Responsibilities:
  • Test and evaluate equipment performance based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications
  • Check and set parameters for cleaning, sterilization, and production cycles
  • Meet with site managers, coordinators, and customers to organize filler and blower progress
  • Perform alarm checks and validation with process authorities and customers
  • Create tickets and reports to ensure proper follow-up of equipment non-conformities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent level of English (Spanish, Italian, and French are an advantage)
  • Specialization in auto-mechanic
  • Experience in the beverage/packaging industry is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in field activities
