Job Description

This role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients. The Key Account Manager will drive sales processes, develop account plans, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales processes with high-value clients, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand our sales base and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide market feedback to enhance our offerings and market positioning.
  • Represent our organization at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
