The Key Account Manager is a pivotal role at the company, responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients. This includes ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual business growth through strategic account management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales processes with high-value clients, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base, fostering long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives, leveraging industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships, with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously, proficient with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, and ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
