
Chief Enterprise Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced enterprise sales professional to join our team. As an account executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales process end-to-end from lead qualification to contract signature with customers.
- Develop strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the customer base within the Enterprise segment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Track industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive the sales process end-to-end from lead qualification to contract signature with customers.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the customer base within the Enterprise segment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings and market positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
- Proven experience in Enterprise sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
- Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
- Fluent English.
