Monitor and execute brand licensing and trademarks to expand brand presence in key geographies.

Identify key customer segments and channels for global brands and develop specific marketing strategies as needed.

Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
