Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic account management and excellent commercial acumen. They will be responsible for developing and presenting commercial proposals, coordinating internal functions, and building and managing the sales forecast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
  • Coordinate internal functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and manage the sales forecast and oversee the customer portfolio.
  • Lead account planning for major clients, manage BID negotiations, and identify new project opportunities to grow the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
