Lead Product Visionary

The ideal candidate will develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Engage with potential clients to understand their vision, challenges, and goals through effective client engagement & pre-sales.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling proposals that align with the client's business needs in proposal development & consultancy.
  • - Facilitate prototyping efforts, guide design decisions that enhance user experience, and lead design leadership & execution.
  • - Adapt quickly to new client needs while comfortably switching between different projects, industries, and challenges.
  • - Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring alignment across stakeholders in communication & influence.

Requirements:

  • - Executive/Managerial experience: Create and drive presentations that showcase strategic thinking with a clear business impact during meetings with executive stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors, etc).
  • - Experience: 3+ years in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, and/or 5+ years of Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design, or Product Strategy and UX Design roles.
  • - Expertise in Product Strategy: Define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
  • - Strong UX Background: Wireframing, prototyping, and user research skills.
  • - Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
  • - Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
  • - Excellent Communication: Leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
