  • Sólida experiência como portfolio manager de crédito em asset reconhecida no mercado
  • Histórico comprovado de performance consistente e tomada de decisão com visão de risco-retorno
  • Forte domínio técnico em modelagem, risco de crédito, estruturação jurídica e compliance regulatório
  • Certificação CGA (obrigatória)
  • Formação em Economia, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas
  • Perfil executivo, com visão estratégica, capacidade de articulação institucional e liderança de times
  • Perfil empreendedor e capacidade de construir do zero com atitude prática e espírito de dono

Buscamos um(a) executivo(a) com trajetória sólida e comprovada como portfolio manager de crédito em asset management de destaque no mercado, e que esteja pronto(a) para assumir o papel de CIO.

Esse(a) profissional será o(a) primeiro(a) contratado(a) da nova gestora, com responsabilidade direta pela estruturação da área de investimentos, formação do time e execução do plano estratégico desde a origem. É essencial que tenha perfil empreendedor, capacidade de decisão e execução, além de visão institucional para liderar um projeto com alto potencial de escala.

Responsabilidades
  • Estruturar e liderar a área de investimentos da gestora desde a fundação
  • Definir e supervisionar as estratégias de alocação, originação e gestão dos fundos
  • Maximizar o retorno ajustado ao risco dos portfólios sob gestão
  • Estabelecer benchmarks, políticas de investimento e frameworks de governança
  • Reduzir e gerenciar riscos de crédito, liquidez e concentração
  • Supervisionar a estruturação e execução de operações de crédito estruturado
  • Representar a asset em fóruns estratégicos com investidores, parceiros e reguladores
  • Atuar junto à diretoria da holding para garantir alinhamento estratégico
  • Apoiar o time de captação em interações com investidores institucionais
  • Construir o time de investimentos e liderar a execução do plano de crescimento da asset
