Job Title: Brazil Commercial Lead
Brazil Commercial Lead Job Description- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Brazil in collaboration with the regional marketing team, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Serve as the ambassador of our vegetable business in Brazil, actively participating in all necessary activities.
- Owning the region's commercial strategy, lead the effective allocation of resources to support sales growth.
- Manage and develop strong commercial relationships with distributors and key customers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Own the demand signal and partner with our planning team to achieve a balanced agreement between demand and supply.
- Responsible for communicating market insights and forecasts to the rest of the organization, as well as for the mid- and long-term view of the business in the region.
- Negotiate yearly sales plans and pricing strategies together with the marketing team.
- Lead the relationship with distributors and key customers, developing high-level business relationships with decision-makers in our go-to-market scheme.
- Member of the Senior Leadership Team representing the region in all commercial topics, as well as people, communication, and strategic Sales Account Management conversations.
- A touchpoint for our Managing Director, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams in the region for all day-to-day issues and commercial processes.
- Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning cycle, being the key source of information for all processes and analysis.
- Other key functions within this role:
- Active participation in the development and implementation of selected global projects.
- Serving as a representative for Brazil and its South American Business Region.
- Coordinate efforts with our Crop Protection team to have an integrated offer for our growers.
- People development through influence, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
This role requires a bachelor's degree and previous experience leading and influencing cross-functional/cultural teams. Experience in the agribusiness sector is mandatory, and working in business areas such as commercial, marketing, or product management is highly desirable. Good communication skills, strategic thinking, ability to influence all levels in the organization, and proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish are essential. The role includes 50% local and international travel.
