As a Sportsbook Operations Executive at Sportserve, you will play a critical role in supporting our live streaming team with administrative tasks and project coordination. You will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and efficient support. Your responsibilities will include addressing VIP inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. You will also maintain detailed records of VIP interactions and feedback, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize sportsbook operations, assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures, participate in team meetings, and contribute to operational planning and strategy. Your strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot live streaming issues will be valuable assets to our team. Requirements:
