This is a key position that requires someone who thinks strategically, thrives in high-pace environments, and has experience in building and scaling complex engineering systems.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Participate in product decisions and contribute to refining the product roadmap.
  • Work with the Platform team to provide universal architecture and expertise across our products.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: You have played a crucial role in building and maintaining large-scale products and have worked on both backend and frontend.
  • Systems thinking: You possess the ability to think high-level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products, 3rd party services, etc.
  • Speed: You work quickly to generate ideas and options and know how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time.
  • Focus: We are a fast-growing startup with a busy, remote team. You know how and when to engage or be heads-down.
