We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for conducting site visits and managing site relationships. They will ensure effective communication, monitor data quality and patient safety, and complete all aspects of clinical monitoring in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and coordinate clinical monitoring tasks to assess investigational product safety and efficacy
  • Conduct site visits to determine protocol compliance and prepare required documentation
  • Develop relationships with investigative sites and study vendors
  • Provide training to clinical study sites on protocol and related studies
  • Track site performance and identify issues
  • Serve as mentor/trainer for less experienced CRAs
  • Communicate site performance to the Clinical Study Team
  • Perform Serious Adverse Event reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with study sites
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and minimum 3+ years of Clinical Operations experience, including 2+ years of monitoring experience. Global oncology trial experience preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of ICH and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
