Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support business growth in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manager accounting, controllership, or finance roles in public or private companies.

  • Manage the period-end close process ensuring accurate and timely revenue and AR accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • Lead projects provide accounting guidance and serve as the first contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate across organizations with teams such as Legal Tax and Business.
  • Drive controllership initiatives and solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in tax finance or related analytical fields.
  • Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of key financial performance indicators KPIs and their application.
  • Ability to build financial and operational reports for decision-making.

Prior experience with forecasting budgeting variance analysis and data interpretation is preferred. A CPA or MBA is also beneficial.
