Senior Insights Specialist for Consumer and Business Growth

About the Role:

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Insights Specialist to lead insights and analytics work for Self Care Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, analytics, and consulting, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead insights and analytics work for Self Care Brazil, working closely with a multifunctional team within an agile environment.
  • Build a holistic and strategic view for key Kenvue Brands, guaranteeing accurate, actionable, and relevant business growth recommendations.
  • Provoke, inspire, and anticipate business trends, opportunities, and threats by analyzing different and diverse sources of information.
  • Understand business challenges and proactively identify how to better support the team via Insights & Analytics, influencing a faster and fact-based decision-making process.
  • Balance human insights and advanced analytics to bring solid recommendations to shape business strategy, through compelling storytelling.
  • Identify new and agile ways to bring consumer and shoppers at the center of the decision, with a robust understanding of market dynamics and competitors' actions.
  • Influence business decisions on growth drivers, investments ROI, media optimization, and communication improvement.
  • Strong ability to connect data from different sources (research, syndicated, digital tracking) to identify growth opportunities for the business.
  • Lead and support the Marketing team in short/mid-term growth, influencing the business with market trends, needs, and nuances, and shaping Ship & Share exercise to ensure growth ambitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or correlated areas.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Consulting.
  • Strong analytic thinking, data savvy, and love crunching numbers to extract insights and recommendations.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity, with strategic problem-solving orientation and the ability to 'zoom in and out as needed.'
  • Knowledge in Syndicated data (Nielsen, IQVIA, Close-up, Scanntech, Dunnhumby, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel, E-commerce), Advanced analytics (RGM, MMM, Forecasting), Digital analytics, Adhoc studies.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
