About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to lead our technical team and design innovative solutions that connect our platform with third-party systems.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that improve internal efficiency and partnership operations.

You will work closely with our global Product Management teams in China, requiring excellent English communication skills and a problem-solver's mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the technical discovery and design for integrations with external partners, primarily focusing on REST/SOAP APIs
  • Architecting API integrations with public and private entities and building automations that streamline business processes
  • Developing business process automations using both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Acting as the primary technical liaison between Brazilian partners and global Product Management teams
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues during and after implementation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, API Specialist, Integration Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer
  • Deep hands-on expertise in designing and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP) and working with common data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Excellent professional proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to international teams
  • A problem-solver's mindset, with the ability to analyze complex systems and design elegant, effective solutions
