We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive innovation and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their technical product or program management expertise to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and remote project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture business and systems requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Develop specifications and technical designs of solutions/systems
- Manage project schedules from design to release
- Facilitate technical discussions with software development teams and oversee production launches
- Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between teams
The ideal candidate will have strong program management background, 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, and 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
The role requires managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
A key aspect of this position is defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive business growth and reporting to senior leadership.
