A top software consultancy is seeking a leader to drive technical excellence and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technologist to take on a leadership role, overseeing the development of cutting-edge solutions.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of skilled developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and architecture. You will also be expected to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core development and experience with microservices, REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases. They should also be familiar with technologies such as Entity Framework, Dapper, ADO, and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a leader who can motivate and guide their team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams are essential.
