Career Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with expertise in HashiCorp to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the solution implementation process.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic solutions to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Foundation experience with solution architecture, sales engineering, technical account management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience developing and delivering technical content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HashiCorp and IBM products and services.
