Business Transformation Consultant Job

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to drive transformation within organizations.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with senior executives to identify business opportunities and assess value proposition.
  • Utilize data analysis and financial modeling to articulate business drivers, objectives, and expected benefits.
  • Define performance indicators and targets for key processes and develop proposals to reach agreement with stakeholders.
  • Establish credibility with executives by delivering executive presentations and leveraging people, processes, and solutions to drive business transformation.
  • Contribute to account strategy by providing business analysis inputs on customer models, value propositions, and strategies.
Your Key Success Factors:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in business operations in Mining domain.
  • Experience in consulting or corporate roles delivering strategy and operational projects with an emphasis on business transformation and change management.
  • Knowledge of Capital Projects Development in the Mining Industry.
  • Expertise in areas such as business process architecture, solution implementation, financial modeling, analytics strategy, complex program management, or enterprise business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Finance and business acumen.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Effective Time-Management and Relationship Management Skills.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
