Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

This senior-level role in our hospitality team is focused on leading the food and beverage operations of our outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving departmental targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams and managing outlet operations, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This position requires a high level of organization, time management, and problem-solving ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality customer experience
  • Manage outlet operations, including inventory control, menu planning, and financial management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue growth, and overall performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support staff development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a senior supervisory role in hospitality or a related industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
