Senior Service Leader Boutique Hotel

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The Hotel Duty Manager will lead and support a service-focused team, overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operation to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective training programs, regular feedback, and hands-on leadership style to drive team performance.
- Communicate standards, policies, procedures, rates, packages, and hotel information to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage cash handling, payments, and PMS reservation systems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Effectively handle guest feedback and complaints to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or exposure to FO hotel leadership/management is essential.
- Hands-on leadership skills that inspire and support the team, particularly during peak periods.
- Team player with great personality and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment by taking initiative, prioritizing, and working collaboratively.
- Meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
