Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate solutions and provide Proof of Concept services to pre-sales clients.
- Conduct ongoing technical touchpoints/health checks with existing customers.
- Work on optimizing and integrating third-party services to enhance security outcomes.
- Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency.
- Computer Science degree or diploma or combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security Software and Systems.
- Experience working with various Microsoft/Linux software and systems.
- Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and problem resolution abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Anti-malware, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, File Integrity Monitoring, Email and Web Security, Syslog, SIEM solutions.
