Job Overview

The primary function of the Trading Services Analyst is to monitor Corporate Events for Foreign Investors' holdings, confirm Corporate Actions details with the Central Depositary, and perform entitlement reconciliation against central depositary records.

This role also involves processing clients' instructions to participate in Voluntary Events and Proxy Voting Meetings, managing financial settlements for Foreign Investors considering Tax implications, and processing regulatory reports.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office package, and MS Excel Advanced skills. A team player with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills is required.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with custody activities and knowledge of VBA programming language.
