Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Fulfilment Center's Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team. This individual will lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.
The successful candidate will champion safety initiatives, ensure full compliance, and maintain a safe and secure work environment for all associates. They will also coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency.
This leader will measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team. They will conduct shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work.
This role requires a strong ability to identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will drive and support network-wide Fulfillment & Operations-focused quality initiatives.
They will review and analyze customer complaints and process defect data, developing comprehensive action plans to minimize future occurrences.
Promoting process improvements while developing the team's capabilities is essential. This includes fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
A key aspect of this role is appraising team performance, providing tailored development, recognition, and coaching to unlock their full potential.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
- Fluency in English, speaking, writing, and reading
- Experience in employee and performance management
