AI-driven Innovation Specialist

We are looking for an innovative professional with expertise in artificial intelligence to help propel our YouTube content forward.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Discover, assess, and implement new AI tools relevant to video production (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML).
  • Design tailored prompts and efficient automations to assist scriptwriters, editors, and designers.
  • Support the animation team by identifying AI tools that enhance 3D model generation or pipeline optimization.
  • Develop or coordinate small-scale internal tool integrations (e.g., APIs, dashboards).
  • Collaborate with creative team members to identify workflow challenges and suggest AI-powered solutions.
  • Create training materials or documentation to help teammates adopt new tools.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience using AI tools in content creation (especially YouTube, TikTok, or short-form video).
  • Strong prompting skills with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML.
  • Technically astute and quick to test and evaluate new tools.
  • High curiosity and creativity in solving workflow problems.
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with APIs or no-code tools (Python, Make/Zapier, OpenAI API).
  • Basic understanding of 3D modeling workflows.
  • Background in YouTube or video production environments.
  • Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Blender.
  • Ability to document and train others on tool usage.
