Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in duties such as training, coaching, and development of retail associates.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
