Job Overview

This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the commercial supply chain in designated regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain management.

The successful candidate will be able to develop solutions to routine and moderately complex problems, demonstrate good organizational and communication skills, and work independently with minimal guidance using well-defined procedures.

  • Manage the commercial supply chain within designated regions through close collaboration with distributors and stakeholders to minimize forecast volatility and ensure uninterrupted supply to markets.
  • Quality evaluation of Purchase Orders in compliance with Distribution Agreements.
  • Maintain rolling commercial forecasts in collaboration with distributors and Commercial Lead.
  • Minimize forecast variance.
  • On-board new distribution partners.
  • Set up new client shipping locations.
  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) within designated regions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on product/license withdrawals.
  • Manage open order book to achieve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Chair weekly meetings with Commercial Leads to review open order book and escalations.
  • Report and analyze regional activity.
  • Run Basic SAP Reports.
  • Adhere to SOPs and GMP/GDP Regulations.

Key Requirements
  • Administrative skills specializing in order management, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Develop solutions to routine and moderately complex problems.
  • Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with little guidance using well-defined procedures.
  • Experience in writing SOPs.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Advanced English language skills and intermediate Spanish language skills.
