Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the transportation execution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage transportation carrier performance, including on-time truck performance and linehaul impact on customer experience.
- Develop and track performance metrics for each program, ensuring consistent measurement and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal customers, including carriers, fulfillment centers, and procurement teams.
- Identify and escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, following through on resolutions.
- Design short- and medium-term solutions to improve performance and quality of operations.
- Analyze existing trucking capacity versus forecasted capacity requirements, particularly during seasonal peak times.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering.
- Advanced English skills.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL at an advanced level.
