Job Title: Reverse Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reverse Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of reverse logistics processes that drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages.
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in reverse logistics operations management, including process development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and develop insights-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, with ability to create complex spreadsheets and charts.
