The Reverse Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of reverse logistics operations across Brazil's fulfillment centers, sorting centers, and delivery stations.
This role requires a highly motivated individual to represent an instrumental function within our wider transportation network as we work to establish a new Return Center while supporting reverse logistics capabilities to meet projected business growth.
- Design and implement efficient reverse logistics operations in Brazil
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to align processes and drive operational excellence
- Develop innovative solutions to optimize reverse logistics processes
- Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards
- Enhance compliance with Reverse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure minimum losses
- Implement data-driven process improvements across all facilities aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-regional collaboration to align processes with global teams and standardize operational procedures
- Develop reverse logistics solutions to identify improvement opportunities and design innovative operational models
