  • Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards
About the Team:

The Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations team is a newly established division within Amazon's Transportation organization in Brazil.

Our mission is to establish a reverse logistics operations program structure, grouping projects and initiatives that are disperse within other teams while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
