Global Administrative Expert

We are seeking an experienced Global Administrative Professional to join our team. This role will involve developing and executing strategic support plans for international offices, ensuring seamless service delivery and enhanced client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement tailored administrative solutions for international locations, incorporating standardized and customized service models.
  2. Establish comprehensive process systems and quality standards for international offices, covering office setup, space management, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures. Monitor and maintain these standards through continuous evaluation.
  3. Collect and analyze data on administrative costs and workspace utilization. Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resources and drive efficiency.
  4. Develop vendor solutions aligned with client needs and create management requirements and performance evaluation frameworks for third-party suppliers.
  5. Lead training programs for international administrative staff to enhance skills and foster team empowerment.
  6. Support employee onboarding/offboarding processes and promote a positive workplace culture.
  7. Collaborate with functional departments to ensure smooth implementation of the company's international operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in an office environment, including at least 2 years of international work or residency experience.
  • Proven expertise in office operations and facility management.
  • Strong proficiency in space planning and occupancy cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated integrity, exceptional performance capabilities, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and listening comprehension).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to accept extended international business trips.
