The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT, training, and process mapping
  • Graduated in Technology courses
  • Logical reasoning
  • Organization and proactivity
  • Commitment to deadlines and quality of the project
  • English (Fluent/Advanced)
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Train clients on software features and functionality
  • Implement software in client's ecosystem
  • Process mapping (AS IS/TO BE)
  • Present solutions and software to clients
  • Elaboration of flowcharts
  • Manage project implementation
  • Contact clients to monitor implementation projects
  • Elaboration and maintenance of functional documents
  • MAPPING REQUIREMENTS IN CUSTOMIZATION PROJECTS
  • Be the contact point between client and e.Mix during the implementation project
  • Visit clients periodically for monitoring and implementation
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT, training, and process mapping
  • Graduated in Technology courses
  • Logical reasoning
  • Organization and proactivity
  • Commitment to deadlines and quality of the project
  • English (Fluent/Advanced)
