Business Analysis Professional

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in bridging business and IT areas, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive strategic initiatives forward.

The Business Analysis Professional will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable product roadmaps and project documentation, ensuring seamless alignment between stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement business intelligence solutions
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing recommendations for improvement

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools, documents, and standards
  • Accountability and ability to take initiative without being asked
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications include a college degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of work experience in Business Analysis or similar roles. Experience in Business Information (BI) and Data Mining is a plus.
