Job Description:

Cartas accounting team supports the sales organization, billings and collections. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices. They will also establish and maintain good working relationships with customers.

  • Work with customers on current and past due invoices
  • Routine collection efforts to major customers with past due invoices
  • Account billing, invoicing, and subscription management based on executed contracts and order forms
  • Manage past due invoice escalation process including reporting to management the status of past due invoices
  • Work closely with sales organization to resolve any customer-related concerns
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service or a related field. They must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, and have strong problem-solving skills. A basic understanding of accounting and intermediate Excel skills are also required.
